So, according to my understanding, you played 4vs4 in 1080p high settings with gtx 970, and gameplay was smooth? basically coh2 is the only reason I'm planning to get an EGPU. Let me know if you have any further questions. I also play everything over an external drive to keep my internal harddrive with a lot of free space. Playing with an egpu will also help keep the internal temps of your laptop down, and it will likely not throttle giving you consistent performance. I think you can enjoy this game easily as you have a quad core i7, and this game is very demanding on CPU as well. So depending on how much fps you want in a RTS, I think you should be happy with a AMD 290/290x/480/390 or nvidia 970/10p and if you want to play at 4k you will have to drop some settings down. I was at all high settings and set up a 4 vs 4 game against AI and played till the end of the match. I used an Expresscard solution for my old laptops. Since you will probably be on Thunderbolt 3, your performance will definitely be better than mine. Ps: im from Brazil and here is very dificulty to find EGPU setup to buy, for import from EUA is to much tax !!! Hi, I want know stability (fps mean) with max setting in 1080p and/or 4k using egpu, because I love this game and I have late 2016 macbook pro 15 with and 450 pro 2gb (standard amd 450 graphics is very bad fps and not playable) and I want buy egpu case and monitor for playing COH2.

The patch will be available on PC on Monday, April 9th and the PS3/Xbox 360 version will hit the following day - the same day Resurgence releases! Here are the patch notes:įixed issues when in some cases Shepard’s customized facial features from ME1/ME2 may not be properly imported to ME3.įixed an issue when quickly and repeatedly selecting to Resume a Save could result in Player Level reset and a potential locking of powers.įixed an issue when selecting Multiplayer in the Main Menu while under a poor network connection could result in an unresponsive state.įixed a potential crash while accessing an in-game terminal from Eden Prime level.įixed an issue when attempting to login while Server is down. Unfortunately, the face issue correction is a simply too late for the majority of Mass Effect 3 players who've already beaten the game, and there are a few issues, specifically with multiplayer, not addressed here at all. In addition to the Mass Effect 3: Resurgence Pack adding free unlockable multiplayer content for Mass Effect 3 next week, the game is also receiving some needed updates that address a few bugs and the infamous custom face loading issue that hampered the experience for many players before they could even get into the game.
